CBD & THC products can be sensitive to heat. Since we ship our products from Texas, where temperatures routinely reach over 100°F during the hottest months, The Farmacy Botanical Shoppe has implemented certain shipping policies to ensure that all packages and products arrive to our customers in optimal condition.

Ensuring your satisfaction, as well as the quality of our products, is our priority; however, The Farmacy Botanical Shoppe cannot be held responsible for melted/damaged product due to weather.
