Local Delivery Process

Step 1: Choose Local Delivery

On every product page is a box to input your address – click the Check Address button to determine your local delivery eligibility. Once your delivery address is confirmed you can add products to your cart.

Delivery Zone: We deliver within 15 miles of North Star Mall in San Antonio. If your address is outside our delivery area you will receive an error message. In this case, please choose a Shipping option at checkout and we will mail your eligible products.

Note: We do not currently ship beverages, flower or vapes.

We DO NOT deliver to hotels/motels or extended stay residences, even if it’s within our delivery zone.

Step 2: Complete Checkout & Place Order

Once at the cart/checkout screen, click on the Shipping column and choose Local Delivery.

Your scheduled delivery day and timeframe will be shown at checkout. We deliver Monday-Friday between 6:30-8:30pm. Orders may be delivered anytime within the delivery window.

Add an order note to give us specific instructions for your delivery (ex. Ring doorbell). By default, orders are zero contact and will be placed at your front door (unless an ID check is required). We do not knock or ring doorbells unless instructed to do so.

After clicking the Place Order button, you will receive an email confirmation (may need to check spam/junk folder).

Any order not paid in full the same day it is placed will be cancelled (this includes Cash App payments).

Step 3: Your Order Is on the Way!

You will receive an order confirmation email and a text message when your order is en route for delivery. We always aim to deliver within the 6:30-8:30pm delivery window. Sometimes we may be delayed by traffic, weather, etc. We will communicate with you if this is the case.

All deliveries are zero contact, unless an ID check is required or you instruct us otherwise.

Your order will be delivered to your doorstep and we will text you a picture once it is there. We do not knock or ring doorbells unless you instruct us to (we don’t want to potentially wake sleeping babies or disturb pets).

If you’re ordering THC products from us for the first time, we require an ID check. The ID must match the name on the order.

All orders will be sent USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail) or UPS Ground. Orders generally arrive within 3-5 days but may take up to 7-10 days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped (may need to check spam/junk folder).
